Went with the family to our local track today.  I ran 2 mile warm-up and then 3 miles at a 7:19 pace.  Then ran a mile with my 9 year old who ended up running 5 for her personal best.  She ran all 5 barefooted.  Then I ran 16 strides barefooted on the soccer field- 100m each w/16 jogs back between runs.  Felt great for form and refreshing to my feet.  Finished by running 1 last mile with my 9-year-old.

Now that is called mixing it up!!

Still can't get over how close we were in our runs and too have a problem start so early, crazy.

I feel like we both gained a ton of experience from Boston, its just the start my friend.

Yeah, fun day of running.

I learned a lot that day. Looking forward to the next round of training. Keep up the nice work! Some day we will meet.
