Jogged to Whites Woods and ran the 5k trails course in 21:51 (7:03 pace).  Kept a nice easy flow and felt a little bit of zip in the legs for the first time since last Monday.  Jogged back to the gym...6.5 miles total.

Did a quick 2.5 mile run on the TM.  Picked it up to a 6min/mile pace for .5 miles.  Legs felt great, but hip still a bit stiff.

9 miles total today.

Looks like you are getting right back into a good training routine and recovered quickly from Boston!

Robert, yeah, had a crazy week upon returning to work and for therapy one evening decided to dwell upon the past year and set a few goals for a new season. I think I'm hooked.

Jim, yeah, feel motivated to get going again and am have been enjoying new scenery by doing trail runs. Wishing you luck for the upcoming race!
