AM- 1 mile warm-up, 2 firm (6:19,6:16), and then 3 slowly. 

PM- 1 mile warm-up, 3 firm (7:23,7:10,7:09), 2.5 slowly, and then 1 more firm (6:36)- jogged the rest home for 8 total. 

First 70 mile week in a long time. Feel good about the way I got there, gradually increasing through 50, 55, and 60 mile weeks over the past 3 1/2 months.
